Weekly Circle to Empower Women. First Circle is Open. Sacred Circle Sisterhood Bringing our Shared Medicine to Heal Register for the first June 16th Open Session This offering is an intentional 5-week, co-facilitated container rooted in somatic healing, co-regulation, creative expression, and embodied transformation - an invitation to return to your voice, truth, and path within a supportive community of women. It’s a safe space designed for self-exploration and community care, open to all who identify as women; it is not a therapy group, but a space to witness, support, and empower one another. . Weekly Practices & Focus . Nervous System Grounding: somatic co-regulation, energy work, and meditation. . Vocal & Embodied Expression: guided movement, sound, chanting, and humming. . Creative Healing: Somatic art-making and ritual object creation. . Release & Reintegration: Releasing old patterns and stories to welcome back forgotten parts of yourself. . Culminating Overnight Excursion: An overnight trip near Boise, ID, featuring a ceremonial fire ritual using the vessels created during our sessions . Group Facilitators Clementine Zenner is an artist, certified art therapy practitioner, somatic healing facilitator, and women’s circle guide. She holds a Master’s degree in Art, a certification in somatic art therapy, and advanced somatic training through The Embody Lab. Amanda Yoder PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist, Reiki master, and trained shamanic practitioner. She specializes in complex trauma resolution for women navigating the internal, unconscious world of emotion and intuition, safely and with confidence. Schedule & Investment To preserve a sense of built trust over time, space is limited to 10 members. Introductory Open Session: Tuesday, June 16th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Come experience the format, practice together, and see if this circle aligns with you before committing.. Container closes and series begins Tuesdays, June 23 – July 21 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Financial Investment: Sliding scale available between $222.00 – $444.00.
